Subscribers of the print edition (Monday to Saturday) may register for app access and will then have full free access to the E-Paper offerings. For non-subscribers:

The app provides options to purchase individual editions or subscribe through an auto-renewing in-app subscription model, extending monthly unless canceled prior to 24 hours before expiration. Payment for subscriptions is processed through your Google Play account within 24 hours prior to renewal. Note that current subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term.
